#126: This episode is all about the struggle of chasing a dream and the opportunities that come when you’re down and out. Just when you feel like the journey is over, and you’re ready to give it all up. Because the pain from continuing the chase feels impossible and it is no longer worth it.

#127: THOUSANDS of people suffer from some sort of confidence issue related to their body size. The scariest part is that this mentality has become the norm. How many times have you asked yourself… Do I look fat? It’s time to start asking WHY?
In this episode of Diferente, I confront some of my own beliefs regarding health and diet culture, with anti-diet registered dietitian, Christy Harrison, from the popular podcast Food Psych. We also talk about intuitive eating, health at every size and fat-phobia.

#125: My guest this episode is...ME! I was interviewed by my husband and a recurring guest on Diferente, Doug Smith.
A few weeks ago, my husband came up with the idea of me being a guest on my own show. I thought that’s silly! Why would people want to hear me talk about myself? I’ve done a couple of solo episodes, but they’re quick and not too personal, but a full interview???

Success is Growth. How to trust and define yourself. With Cheyenne Woods
Wednesday Nov 07, 2018
Wednesday Nov 07, 2018
#124: My guest this episode is Cheyenne Woods. You might know her as the sixth African-American woman to play on the LPGA Tour, who truly represents the wonderful things women can bring to this world through sport, healthy competition, and of course drive!
You probably also recognize her from her latest Nike Golf commercial, or her partnership with Volunteers of America, or the thing that every reporter has asked her about, being the niece of Tiger Woods. This episode is not about any of those things, though of course, her golf career comes up, as it is a significant part of her life journey and who she is.
But this woman is so much more than golf. So in this episode, we talk about how it’s important to connect with people and build genuine human relationships as we grow. How sometimes we have to get uncomfortable to figure out who we really are and focus on our personal success versus the expectations of others. Plus dating, equal pay, and standing for something greater than ourselves!

How to win without losing who you are With Clark Kellogg
Wednesday Sep 26, 2018
Wednesday Sep 26, 2018
#118: This is the first episode in a six-part series on ACCESS.
Access is a hot topic these days, some want to restrict it, others want to protect it. But the fact remains that our communities need access to education, mentorship, money, sports, networking and strong representation and community leadership in order to grow.
My guest is lead college basketball analyst for CBS Sports, former NBA basketball player, and Ohio State Buckeye, Clark Kellogg. Clark has benefited tremendously from the access and opportunities that were made available to him through athletics. But he also knows that in sports you have to learn to deal with adversity, which comes very handy in real life. As well as remaining humble when you excel.
